　　High-pressure cleaning machines utilize the powerful cutting force of water jets to remove burrs through a flexible machining process. Experimental results demonstrate that this technique offers stable deburring capability, high production efficiency, and ease of automation.

　　目前在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中許多金屬工件經(jīng)切削加工后普遍會(huì)產(chǎn)生局部或部分毛刺，這些毛刺如果不被去掉將會(huì)造成許多不必要的麻煩。比如液壓閥體和氣動(dòng)零件上的毛刺和脫落的金屬粉末，一旦進(jìn)入液壓或風(fēng)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中將會(huì)產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的紊流或非層流，導(dǎo)致過(guò)濾器或管道堵塞；而在切削過(guò)程中，毛刺若墊在零件的基面上將會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響加工精度。目前，世界上在去毛刺技術(shù)有了很大的發(fā)展，高壓水射流技術(shù)是近些年日趨發(fā)展成熟的一項(xiàng)新型清洗技術(shù)，該技術(shù)具有投資少、易于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化，環(huán)保無(wú)污染等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。使用高壓清洗機(jī)去除毛刺既柔和又徹底，人工不能處理或很難處理的地方都可以輕松清理掉。目前較多企業(yè)還使用人工清洗來(lái)去除毛刺，費(fèi)時(shí)又費(fèi)力，使用高壓清洗機(jī)進(jìn)行清洗作業(yè)就可輕松解決這一難題。

　　Currently, many metal workpieces in industrial production commonly develop localized or partial burrs after machining. If left untreated, these burrs can cause numerous unnecessary issues. For instance, burrs and detached metal particles on hydraulic valve bodies and pneumatic components can lead to severe turbulence or non-laminar flow when entering hydraulic or pneumatic systems, resulting in filter or pipeline blockages. During machining, burrs lodged on the base surface of parts can significantly compromise precision. In recent years, significant advancements have been made in deburring technology worldwide. High-pressure water jet technology, a novel cleaning method, has matured and gained widespread adoption. This technique offers advantages such as low investment, ease of automation, and environmental friendliness without pollution. Using a high-pressure cleaning machine to remove burrs is both gentle and thorough, effortlessly eliminating areas that are difficult or impossible to handle manually. While many enterprises still rely on manual cleaning for deburring—resulting in time-consuming and labor-intensive processes—employing high-pressure cleaning machines can easily resolve this challenge.
